In the meantime, I’m going to share with you the basics and how I use the code. If you don’t know who Nikola Tesla was, he was a great inventor and mathematician. I encourage you to look him up because he had a fascinating life and gave so much to the community. Plus, imitation is a great way to find your personal success and Tesla was a very successful person who would be great to emulate.
The basics of this code in terms of manifestation is to combine powerful gratitude statements in a specific pattern,
- Design a gratitude statement about what you want in the present tense starting with ‘I am so happy and grateful now that...
- Write your statement 3 times in the morning, 6 times mid-day and 9 times at night with as much feeling as you can.
Simple enough right? What I love about gratitude statements is they immediately shift your attitude to a higher energy and create that child-like anticipation and excitement of what is to come. When I first started writing and saying gratitude statements, I learned it is important to have them say what I want as if I already have them. Since I am working on my health and overcoming some conditions (I have a neurological condition & I am overweight), this felt foreign and even false in the beginning.
The statement I say most often is: I am so happy and grateful now that I am healthy and have energy to do the things I want to do. It felt so wrong because I don’t feel healthy and sometimes I didn’t even have the energy to get out of bed. But these statements are not a lie and are not false. Our bodies are created to be healthy and energetic. Our bodies are capable of healing way more than we know or give it credit for! Saying these statements helps remind ourselves of this truth. We already have everything we need inside of us to achieve our health goals. So here are my top 5 gratitude statements for health:
I am so happy and grateful now that I am healthy , thin and feeling good
Thank you that I am healthier and healthier every day.
I’m grateful that my body releases excess weight quickly & easily.
I’m grateful that my immune system is strong and victorious over every germ, virus & bacteria.
Thank you that every cell in my body radiates with energy & health.
The other point Karin makes in her video is the importance of taking time to write your statement to evoke joy and good feelings. This is such an important step. I was caught up with the writing however, because I have joint pain and writing is sometimes a challenge. So this next tip is for those of you like me with writing limitations of any kind. Take the time to write the statements the first time, and then, with as much feeling and intention you can muster, SAY the statement to yourself while looking in a mirror. Follow the prescribed 3 times in the morning, 6 at mid-day and 9 at night before bed. Speaking to yourself in the mirror the very statements you are trying to achieve will be a very powerful experience and connect you to your body and the energy so profoundly. IS it easy to do this/ not at first. At first I had a hard time even looking at myself this way, with love, compassion and gratitude. But very quickly, as I continued to practice every day, I started to see myself as a strong and healthy person. I am my best friend and the mirror is a great place to meet up with that friend.
