Karate:  Even though I feel consumed by anxiety, I deeply and completely love, honor, and accept myself.

Even though this anxiety is out of my control, I know my body and mind have the potential to change.


Eyebrow: I’m fully accepting myself right now, and I allow all resistance to melt away.


Side of eye: By allowing my resistance to melt away, I create space for a new energy to enter my life.


Under eye: By fully accepting and loving myself exactly where I am, I invite a peace I’ve never known before to enter my life.


Under nose: While my anxiety is still present, I can imagine a loving comfort surrounding it. This new energy comforts me.


Chin: This new energy is transforming my anxiety – like divine alchemy.


Collarbone: I am learning how to easily soothe my body and mind by changing my energy and vibration.


Under arm: My mind and body are calming and my life is transforming right now. I can achieve this new state of calm easily and effortlessly.


Top of head:  In this new state, I now have a new point of attraction to manifest the life of my dreams. I deeply and completely allow peace, love, joy, and gratitude to enter my life right now!
