4-7-8 Method to Change Physical Appearance and Manifest Divine Beauty

Today I'm going to teach you a special method - called 4, 7, 8 - to help you manifest divine beauty and change your physical appearance.

Divine Beauty

Manifesting your desired physical appearance is very simple. This process is actually easier than anything else because it involves one - and only one thing- to truly see your own divine beauty. That is something that we all have within us. Discovering your own divine beauty is the most rewarding journey on this manifestation path, because this is the one thing that has potential to lead you to who you really are.

So listen to me:  If you feel that you're not satisfied with the way you look, if you want your face to look different, or if you want better skin, or if you want to lose weight or gain weight or grow taller - whatever you want to change with regard to your body - this is always a sign that the universe is telling you: You are not really seeing who you truly are. You're not really in alignment with your divine beauty.

If you are truly in alignment with your divine beauty, you wouldn't feel that way. Does that mean that you're going to look like a perfect movie star? No - none of us are perfect, right? But you will feel so much more at peace about who you are. That sense of peace will manifest into divine beauty. You will move much more gracefully. Your skin will change. Your smile will change. Your physical body will change. Even the way you crave food will be different.

Today's method is very, very powerful, but it's not something that magically changes the superficial look of you. This will truly create deep transformation - if you allow it to.

The only way you can have a deep transformation is not by changing how you physically appear to the world, but by changing the way you see yourself. Then tap into your divine beauty.

The 4-7-8 method

The 4-7-8 method will help you do this. In order to practice this technique, you need to know this affirmation: "I am deeply seated in my divine beauty".

Close your eyes and visualize yourself being one with your divine beauty. This divine beauty is everywhere. It's the entire universe. It is so beautiful, and you are deeply, deeply seated in it. You're one with it. You have to be able to visualize this first.

After this visualization, let's practice the 4-7-8. So what is 4-7-8? You count to 4 when you breathe in and then you hold for a count of 7. Then you breathe out for a count of 8. So the whole thing is about breathing very slowly and following the counts.

Why does this technique work? When your physical body doesn't have an appealing look,. your less-than-desired appearance indicates that the energy within you is out of order. So by adjusting your breath, we're adjusting how the energy flows. You need to do this consistently for at least 21 days. I would suggest you to just keep doing it permanently if you want to look beautiful forever. Don't stop when you see results - just keep doing it. All you need is about five minutes a day.

Before we start practicing this technique, I want to give you just a little bit of extra guidance. When you breathe in, count to 4. What I want you to do is to breathe in light and divine beauty. You can give it a color. I usually see it as a pinkish red. Then, when you hold your breath for seven, you're going to visualize that this energy all over your body. Your body is like a container that is filled with this energy, and just allow it to flow within your body.

After little while, you will feel it. You will feel the buzzing feeling everywhere in your body. That means that the energy is working.  Then, when you breathe out for eight, release all your resistance. Release all negative judgments about yourself and all the self-hatred.

Practice with me

Now let's get started!  Let's first just sit in silence for 10 seconds and you're going to affirm to yourself: I am deeply seated in my divine beauty.

Let's go into this silence...

Now breathe in. Count to 4: 1, 2, 3, 4, and hold for 7 - 1 2 3 4 5, 6, 7 and breath out 8: 1 2 3 4 5, 6, 7 and 8. 

We're going to do this two more times. Next time when you do it, remember breath in divine beauty, hold it and let this energy fill you up, and then breathe out resistance.

Now again, breathe in 1, 2, 3, 4, and hold 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and breathe out 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Now breathe in 1, 2, 3, 4, and hold 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, breathe out 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

Whew. I'm sure you are going to feel a difference! There is no way you don't feel it unless you just didn't do it with me!  You're going to feel a shift if you have followed along through three rounds of this breathing. If you want to see some real results, do it yourself and do it for five minutes a day. I suggest that you do it 10 minutes a day if possible. Do it first thing in the morning. After 21 days, you will notice a shift.

Divine inspiration will come

 

Remember, as you start this practice, your divine self will give you nudges. These are not like cravings. Cravings feel like "I have to have it! " Nudges are like, "Hmm, maybe I should do that"... If you get any divine inspiration to eat something, more than likely, that's the food you need. So pay attention to these divine inspirations, not your cravings.

If you want to lose weight, and you're craving some bad food, just do your 4, 7, 8 at the time of the craving. I bet you, after few minutes of doing this, your craving will go away. This technique will naturally take you to the right path. This will make you become more and more aligned with your divine beauty.

This technique will change the way you look. It will change you from inside out. Try it and affirm that you're committed to it. I know that you can do it, and you are going to become a beautiful you! I just know it!
